Incident Description:
Bike was locked in residential secure garage around 7 pm on Monday, 9/24. I returned Wednesday morning around 8:30 to commute to work, found only the front tire locked to the rack. The cable part of the lock missing along with the frame and back wheel. I assume the cable was cut as the cable was run through both tires.
