Incident Description:
My bike was parked in the parking garage at Cook County Hospital where I work, and was locked to bike rack with U-lock as well as steel cable. Parked my bike at 9am and I passed through garage at 1:00pm it was missing. The bike as well as two locks were all gone from scene. Police report was filed with police who reported low likelihood of it's recovery.19-3880
