(On 8/3/2019, victim reported recovering bike at Swap-o-Rama, 4100 S Ashland.)
2 bikes locked together around street sign right outside the Steppenwolf Theater Bar on Halsted st in Chicago about 8:30 pm. Valet was working nearby, lots of people walking by & literally steps from the entrance to theater bar. At 9 pm, my friend went outside & was told that the valet reported seeing his bike on the ground with the cut lock & my bike was gone.
