Incident Description:
I arrived to the rack around 6:45am. The manager of the East Bank Club (400 N Kingsbury) checked on the security video and determined that a car pulled off in front of my bike at 7:40am, one guy came out of the car, the car left and the guy then proceeded to cut the lock. Later on he left with the bike.
When I came out of the club ready to bike at 9:00am, found my bike was gone and the lcok was left, cut, still hooked to the rack.
