Stolen from SE corner of Franklin/Madison in front of Argro Tea Cafe in the Chicago Loop - passed by while returning to office and bike was there, but was gone 15 mins later upon returning to leave
Bike was locked with 3 separate locks to bike rack - U lock to frame and rack, and standard cable lock to front wheel, frame, and rack, and standard cable lock to rear wheel, seat, frame, and rack
Received photo and video of suspicious person from a bystander who claims to recognize person from local bike theft FB group
