My bike was locked on a bike rack in front of the Mariano’s on Broadway in Lakeview while I was inside working. My shift was 9-4 and I checked on my through the window periodically throughout the day. The last time I checked it was 2pm and my bike was still there. When I left at 4 it was gone.
