Bicycle in great condition except for scratch on outside of rear derailleur. At time bike was stolen rear rack with bag was installed. Bag had bicycle lock with key and multi tool in it. Handle bar also had a mount for a Quad Lock to attach phone. This is an E-bike and the thieves left the charger behind.

Bike was in secure garage that automatically closes for three apartments. Building owner reported seeing it at 12pm and the bike was no longer there when I looked at 1:30pm.
