Incident Description:
My bike was in the enclosed back porch area of my apartment, not visible from the outside. I think one of my neighbors left our back door unlocked and someone entered and stole my bike. This occurred sometime between 2pm and 10:30pm.
RECOVERED: I had been checking several online marketplaces weekly-ish since it was stolen last August. It showed up on OfferUp this week looking exactly the same as when it was stolen. Set up a meeting with seller and was able to convince both the guy selling the bike (who wasn't the thief) and the cops that it was mine because of all the things I'd added and that it even still had the sticker from my shop on it.
