Neighbor left garage door open for a 3 day period. Bike was not locked, since it was inside garage.
Incident Description:
Garage door in alley was left open by neighbor sometime between 10/17-25. Neighbor is refusing to give more detail since they are liable. I was out of town, but when I returned on 10/26 bike was gone. Was not locked up, since it was inside the garage.
