Incident Description:
A man cased my bike for about 15 minutes outside of Gilt Bar and the Donut Vault in Chicago's River North neighborhood. Using a hand saw he cut the folding abus granite lock that was locked around the bikes frame and front tire. After about a minute the lock failed. He put the broken lock in his bag and rode off with the bike north on Franklin street.
