Incident Description:
I do not know the specific time, but it wouldn't let me submit it without putting a time. Bike was parked in our back patio up against the deck. No one but residents can get in from the back alley, but the front two gates are unlocked and anyone can get back there. The bike is not visible from the front gate though.
