Incident Description:
Locked to bike rack (front wheel and frame) on university camps (927 E 57th St) using thick chain. Left it overnight outside because it was raining heavily so couldn’t use bike to get back home. Came back in the morning to see chain cut probably with angle grinder. See photo for description of bike.
