Incident Description:
Locked my bike to the bike rack on my car with a combination lock (through wheels onto bike rack) and U lock. I parked my car with the bike locked to it around 9pm, when I came to grab it the next morning, the bike rack had been forcibly removed from my car and discarded down the alleyway. My combination lock was destroyed/cut and left next to bike rack.
