Incident Description:
Rode to Central street purple line with my 10 year son's bike to go to the Cubs game. We locked both together through provided bike rack (large black u-shape frame bolted to sidewalk). Bikes were locked together through both wheels and frames and rack. We used a u-lock, cable, and cable lock together.
