Incident Description:
I returned from the gym to my apartment building at approximately 3pm on Tuesday September 12th and locked my bike in the bike room in my apartment building. The bike was locked to itself via a cable lock with an integrated key lock. I went into the bike room on Wednesday morning around 11:00am and the bike was missing, along with the lock.
