Incident Description:
My e-bike was stolen out of my apartment building's bike room 2/4/23 at roughly 6pm CT. The overall building has restricted access via a key fob system and the bike room does as well (single-point latch on the door).
The bike was hung on a vertical bike rack and the frame/helmet was locked via a U-Lock to a cable connected to the bike rack. the bike/helmet were removed by cutting through the bike rack cable. I have pretty good video of the bike thief but unfortunately their face was covered.
