Every second it isn't in use it is locked to our electrical wiring (inside metal tube casing/ housing).
Incident Description:
Sarah Flagg keeps her bike inside our garage. There is a cable looped through an electrical fixture and is run back through the front wheel and secured by an Abus U Lock. It is highly likely the lock and cable were in tact as the bike was carried off into the alley as our electric fixture is destroyed.
