Incident Description: 
Bike parked on Monroe at Millennium Park in clear view of the Art Institute. A security guard actually witnessed a man cut the lock and ride the bike away with my white Bern helmet attached. I had disabled the motor via an app so the bike was ridden away under no power. It is very heavy so likely not ridden far and abandoned
