Incident Description:
My bike was chained to a street sign in front of my apartment building on 6/3 from 7 pm until 11:42 pm when 2 people
approached and used a power tool to cut the heavy-duty bike chain and steal the bike. One rode off on the bike heading
south on Sangamon while the other walked away in the opposite direction towards Huron. I have video evidence of the entire
incident from the building's security cameras and can provide that video.
