Incident Description:
I went to get my bike from the backyard, as I do every morning. I commute to work on my bike. When I got to the spot I put it, it was missing. The bike was nowhere on the premises of my building. In addition to the bike being missing, the back gate of my yard was left wide opened. The residents in my building are meticulous about locking the back gate and this was not their doing. The back gate was left open by an intruder. We have seen intruders passing through our backyard recently that always leave the back gate open.
