Incident Description: 
Bike was left overnight locked to a bike rack on a major university thoroughfare, next to the busy student center. The lock was fairly well mangled, with the plastic rubber coating peeled back from the keyhole and deep scores in the steel. Only one arm of the U was successfully freed, and the entire thing is bent.
