Bike was in a locked room within the garage in my apartment building. The door to the bike room itself is locked with a code and so is the garage door. The garage is staffed 24/7. The bike itself was not locked. The theft had to of occurred between 5PM Jun 16 and June 20 5PM

I am not sure, I believe it was a Schwinn. I got it in 2012 from Rudy's Cycle and Fitness. It was purple and black, I believe a women's frame.
