I locked my bike on the racks inside of the Orange Line Western Station, 49th and Western in the morning approximately 8 am. I used a U lock for locking the frame and a plastic covered chain was looped through the bike rack, the bike, and the U lock. When I returned to get the bike about 6pm, it was all gone.

The bike was stolen while I was in my gym. I parked the bike, locked it up, and went into my class. When I emerged at 7 am, the bike was gone. It was parked on a busy street and was properly locked to a bike rack. Although it was early in the morning, there is plenty of activity in this area.

I then returned to the bike rack i knew i left it at and saw my front tire, U-lock, and helmet discarded to the side and still hooked to the bike rack as you can see below on the picture.
