Chicago Stolen Bike Registry

I locked the bike at approximately 9:15 AM with a Krytonite black lock, a Kryptonite cable attaching the lock to the front tire, and an orange helmet (tied to the lock with a grey Securetek cable). When I arrived at the bike rack at 5:15, the bike, helmet, lock and cables were gone.

My wife rode the bike Monday April 28th and placed the bike next to our scooter. Sadly, she does not remember locking it and since it is gone and the lock and cable intact, I assume she did not. The bike was under our back porch and not readily visible from the alley. The view is blocked by parked cars grills, scooters, etc. Someone must have come into the rear parking area and gone under the porch to take the bike. Someone broke into my apt. and stole my flat screen tv, along with this bike. This bike is basically my baby! Please help!

Stolen from my garage.

This really sucks. I ride to work with it and it's not even that nice of a bike. I doubt anyone will find it anyway but I guess what the hell.

I'm going to view cctv footage of the theft tomorrow morning when the security supervisor for the building shows up. Maybe I'll get back to you then.

Bike was in a courtyard with other bikes. The others were not taken

Bike was inside a locked apartment area, locked to itself underneath a deck located immediately underneath my bedroom. Thief must have broken into the gated & locked condo complex. They most likely walked off with the bike still locked to itself. A heavier women's bike stored nearby was left untouched.

I saw bike right before 12:30 on Thursday april 25th. I had just went out side to cover my seat with a plastic bag, right before it started raining. Sun came out...I went to go wipe off the bike and it was gone. It was parked and lock infront of open store. No one saw anything.

Stolen from an indoor securely locked garage.

I left the bike in the locked courtyard behind my building at 6PM. It was gone by 7AM the next day.

Someone apparently followed me and took off with my bike while I was in the house for a minute.

Left bike in secured private garage. Came back next day, bike is gone. No signs of forced entry and neighbor sharing parking spot swears he didn't leave the door open. Incident occurred during period of attempted break-ins and property damage on this specific block.

The frame of the bike was locked to a wooden post on the second story back deck of my apartment building. The theif broke the wooden post and stole the bike with the lock still attached. The seat was not attached to the bike when it was stolen. The bike was stolen at some point during the middle of the night.

The bike was under the porch of a home in Andersonville, it was missing a short time later.

Reflector tape strips on spokes of both wheels. Rack is special made for rear disc brakes. All black components.

I have left the bycicle for less than 3 hours on a busy street Sunday afternoon. The bike racks were busy, so I have locked the bike by the street pole. When came from the bookstore the bike and the lock was gone. I have taken the seat with me, so if the bike is being sold it doesn't have original yellow/black seat.

I locked my bike to a railing in the open, ground-floor parking area of a high-rise building on Franklin St., between Adams and Monroe. I had two locks (an older U lock and a thick, short cable lock for the front tire) ... but I left my keys in the lock! Someone must have seen the keys and made off with the bike, locks, keys ... arghh! (Not a great photo, but all I have here.)

I walked out of work at 8pm and there was no indication of my bike ever being locked to the rack. Also, the picture submitted is a general one from the Fuji website. It look pretty simular except the handlebars aren't curved they were straight across like a mountain bike.
