I was volunteering at Midtown Educational Foundation at Peoria and Jackson. I forgot my ulock so my friend used her ulock to lock her bike to a pole and wrapped her cable through her lock, her bike, and around my bike. We locked up at 1:00pm and when we came out at 5:00 the cable had been cut and left at the scene and my bike was gone.

The gate was closed and locked at time of discovery. No other property damage was noted. Fiance and I biked over to Jam to get brunch with our friends. We locked our bikes around a large green metal stop sign post through the frames with a combination cable lock. We ate brunch, and when we left the restaurant, our bikes were missing. These bikes hold sentimental value for both of us, as they were gifts from our parents. My fiance also lost her bike, which is a black Specialized Ariel bike. Any help getting these back to us would be huge.
