The left handle was a little bit separated from the gear change. Model is silver with aqua-ish green highlights. Serial Number not complete because the *'d number is blocked by the braking system and I could not get to it. The bike was bought used in South Bend, IN.

My grey 2015 Fuji hybrid is kept in our basement storage unit of our apartment building. The storage unit remains locked at all times and we go in and out of it often. Entrances into the building are also locked. The main door has two doors that must be unlocked with key to enter. Sometime between Monday, August 7, 2017 and Wednesday August 9, 2017, someone living in the building (of which there are only four units), someone who knows someone living in the building, or someone who was simply let in by ringing someone's door bell went into the basement, jimmied open the door and took it.

There was also a Bike computer holster (without the bike computer on the left side of the handlebars, and a safety light mount on the right side of the handlebars. The seat was black and was designed with a small wide opening in the middle of it for comfort.

The bike was stolen sometime between the evening of Wednesday, August 2, 2017 and Sunday, August 6, 2017 from the bike room in my apartment building at 5480 S Hyde Park Blvd. The bike was locked to a rack in the bike room (using a combination cable lock looped through the frame and front wheel), and had 2 kids' bikes locked to it (with a cable looped through the two frames). The combination cable lock was cut near the locking mechanism and left on the rack, still attached to the 2 kids' bikes. I had previously reported the possible theft of other bikes from the bike room to our management company (Mac Properties) on July 28, 2017.
