The last time I rode the bike I believe was on 07/10/2022. It was locked with a u-lock and cables to a bike rack, which was enclosed by a metal cage in which residence can only enter with a key tap. They left part of the cable in which they broke to steal my bike, and I noticed another individual's bike cable was also broken, but the bike was still there.

Incident Description: 
We had 3 bikes locked to the fence covered with a tarp on our parking lot. The bikes were there at 9:30pm on July 13 - we saw them when we were outside. At 7am on July 14 one of the bikes was gone. We saw that the tarp was lifted and only 2 bikes standing there, detached from the fence. Someone just cut the bike cable lock and took it.
