I was in Robert Jeffrey getting a hair cut and my bike was locked at the end of the new bike racks located on the street, beside the sidewalk. My helmet and bike were locked to the rack. I came out to my helmet and cut lock laying on the ground. I don't know if my bike was the only one taken as when I checked on it, there were many bikes locked to the rack. However, my lock was the only one laying on the floor. I filed a police report, but have to find the report number.

A black bell on the handlebars with a painted speedometer on it (the arrow was at 80mph).

Additional front brakes installed on center of handle bars -- factory only installs brakes on the side of drop handle bar. NOTE: bike computer mounts were installed -- so an empty mount at the top/center of handle-bars, along with sensors wired on the fork / front wheel as well as the crank/pedal. Condition: New-ish looking. Small dent on side of top frame/cross-bar. Back wheel is slightly off-center -- which causes slight rubbing/friction with the back brakes.

Bike was locked to bike rack in front of Columbia Yacht Club front door. I locked it at 2:30pm on Thursday May 16 and went inside club. Came out of club at 3:30pm and bike was gone. Club has video footage showing two men riding across bridge to club, then riding back out and one of them was on my bicycle. It took them 5 mins in broad daylight with people everywhere. They left one of the bikes they rode in on unlocked and against the rack where mine had been. Bike was a women's xs frame - customized for fit and function- a man would have looked funny on it.
