The bike was almost exactly a year old - very new looking and very clean. It's green with silver lettering and a silver handle bar. It's a men's bike but was small enough for a girl to ride on. It had anti-theft bolts on the tires and Radius Mech 7.0 disc brakes. I had removed the seat before it was stolen.

Incident Description: 
It was locked to a ten foot fence post behind my apartment. They cut the chain links off of the fence and pulled the bike over it. The bike was locked with a Kryptonite combination U-Lock and the seat was not on the bike.
