Incident Description:
Reporting on behalf of a coworker-- date is a guess.
He told me today he locked a new department-store level Schwinn mountain bike to the bike rack in front of the hospital entrance about 5 weeks ago, and it was stolen between 1 and 4 PM. This is a city rack, simple squared single inverted U, no sign of tampering with bolts; and he described locking with a U-lock through the frame and rack, and a cable lock to secure the other wheel. No trace of any locks was left. The bike and U-lock were both purchased at Target.
