Incident Description: 
Bike was locked to street sign on corner of Wolcott and Wicker Park for less than ten minutes while I was getting ready for work. Bike with lock was gone. Suspect that thief lifted street sign to gain bike. U-lock is probably still dangling from top bar of the frame.
