Incident Description:
Behind a locked gate (accessible through the alley), in the back of a multi-unit condominium, at the bottom of a stairwell leading to the cellar door and behind a small concrete wall, the unfortunately unlocked bike was taken. There is truly no way anyone could have seen the bike, other than the residents of the condominium or the neighbors of the house to the west.
