The bicycle was old and the paint as fading/chipping, so I put some stickers on it. (Including an FOP police sticker on the front, a Road 34 Bike shop, Get a Grip Bike shop, an Amoeba Music store sticker, and a couple other) There was also a small California "Lauren" liscense plate strung on the back of the bicycle seat. The bicycle had bright orange grip tape on the handles.

Incident Description: 
The bicycle was lock thru each tire and frame on a metal bar type fence behind stairs in the gangway of the apartment building I live at. Someone had to have either knwn the bicycle was there, or really sought it out.
