My Bike had paint chipping on seat tube, still looked ok but started to chip. Electrical tape on the handle bars and down tube. Wires were holding brake cables and black zip ties held my rear light. The seat was new but I can't remember the brand. The rear wheel made a clicking noise while the wheel was turning. Aluminum rims still looked good. No basket no fenders.
