Incident Description:
I was inside the Eleven Street diner eating breakfast, came out, bike was gone. My car was parked in front of a police car! Bike rack appeared to be untouched, lock was missing, bungey cord was hanging from rack. I had the bike just one week. I anyone has any information whatsoever it would be appreciated, thanks!
