Incident Description:
The bike was parked with the front wheel removed and cable locked (with combo) to rear wheel, locked to a bike rack on Monroe St. in between Millennium Park and the Art Institute. Went to the Taste for a few hours, came back and bike was gone. Buddy's bike was still present.
