Incident Description: 
The bolt from the street sign was unscrewed late at night on July 14th into the 15th. The bike was stolen with the lock connected to it. At the same time adn presumably the same people also stole my girlfriends 1970's Schwinn. It is a woman's frame road bike with red handlebar tape.
