Incident Description:
Random incident, it was a busy sunny day in the afternoon. The bike was locked to a bike post for no more than three hours outside of my work. The person must have just taken it at randon because this corner has at least 6 bikes locked at it at all times and my bike is for cycling, so the drop down handle bars can be difficult to ride if not formilliar with them.
I came out of work at 3pm and both the bike and lock were gone.
