Incident Description: 
Someone broke into the (locked) first floor bike locker of my apartment building, cut the lock of mine and at least one other bike, then ripped the entire rack from its concrete mooring and tried to slide off a U-lock bike, but failed at this endeavor. They also appear to have pissed on the floor, which is really gross. Reported to University of Chicago police and to landlord.
