Incident Description:
Somone loosened both 15mm track bolts and two 10mm bolts on the chain tensioners and removed the wheel. They would have to have had tools for this theft. The thief is most likely a fixed gear rider. This occurred in broad day light with pedestrian and vehicle traffic around. The bike is a Surely Steamroller, Boston Baked Bean color, bie has both front and rear fenders.
