Incident Description:
The bike was locked up to the wooden railing of my porch stairs and the lock was poorly cut with lock cutters. The bike has golden matte finish and the front disc brake is a newer version of Hayes MX4 and is painted red on the inner and border of disc. Please notify me if found! Thanks!
