Incident Description:
The bicycle was locked up on the front porch as it has always been. The front of house has a locked gate. The cable was cut, and the padlock/cable were left on the porch. Most likely stolen over the long weekend, and most likely done in the evening (the front of the house is a fairly high-traffic area for the residents in the building). Appears to be done quickly as there were other items on the porch that were not tampered with.
