Incident Description:
I locked my bike up at 8:30 am in front of the business building, to attend a servsafe class. I did not go outside for out first break but a man who was in my class did. He was locked up to the same bike rack. I asked him when I found my bike was missing, if it was still there when he went outside. He said the bike was still there at break (around 10 am) but not there at lunch (around 12:30 pm)
