It's probably not there anymore, but there was a red bandanna tied to the top tube near the head tube, secured by a length of ball chain. No top tube cover. Black/red Fizik saddle. Rear wheel had a spoke detached at the hub, just kind of dangling from the rim. Bullhorn bars, tape kind of jacked up from a recent fall. Could be a Master brand U-lock dangling from the top tube....

I was asleep at the time, but it looks like someone chopped through the wrought-iron fence it was locked to (with a U-lock.) Really cool.
