2 hours
Incident Description:
I locked it to the tree outside the apartment, and left it there for only a few hours. It was still daylight when I noticed that it was stolen -the lock and everything was gone. I reported it to the police. When I was locking it with the cable, I did notice a woman in a white car watching me do so. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it. Thanks for any tips you can provide.
