Incident Description:
My bike's lock was installed onto the bike. I've only had it for 3 days, so it didn't occur to me that it might be easy to break off. It was locked with a U lock onto a bike rack. Someone must have cut or ripped the bike and lock apart. The lock was still on the rack.
