Incident Description:
The horizontal screw securing the street sign to its base was removed and a part of the metal was broken--the sign was then replaced and appeared to be intact, but I was able to lift the sign out. Unclear whether it was like this before I locked it to the sign. I reported it to 311 but not sure when they'll be out to fix it.
Locked with a newer mini u-lock with flat key.
