Incident Description:
I have been parking my bike at this location for 4 years. I attached the bike front wheel and frame to the bike rack with a u lock around 6 am on 10/4. When returning after working a 24 hour shift, the bike was missing from the location along with the bike lock.
For the attached picture, the bike is photographed upside down as I performed maintenance on it before a triathlon in 2008. The aerobars were not attached until 2009.
