Incident Description:
I went to the Bucktown Pub and locked my bike to the rack with several other nice bikes. when I came out a few hours later the bike was on the ground with no wheels and several nice new scratches.
I hope who ever took my wheels falls of their bike and knocks their front teeth out or at least gets something caught in their chain.... like their face!
