Generally good, only one large chain wheel in the front. Two Alloy tires made in China. Mismatched crank arms- one is fat and clumsy looking Silver bell on handle bars with a New Belgium Brewery logo on it. Had a bag hanging at the angles of top tube and down tube. Back tire is so worn at one spot there are no treads. lots of scratched paint but not rusty

Incident Description: 
I went inside the library to use the internet and was not away for more than an hour. When I came back out it was gone. Neither the security guard or the people selling clothes on the sidewalk next door reportedly saw anything.
